Large amounts of unlicensed medications have actually been seized by Department of Health officials during a search of a home in Glengormley.

Its senior enforcement office, Peter Moore, said: "It is essential that we get the message across that unlicensed medicines can be dangerous.

"These types of items being offered, generally online, have undergone no quality assurance and there can be no guarantee about their security.
"You just do not know what you are taking or the conditions these products were made in. More significantly, you do not know the effect drugs like this may have on your health."
