 <br>Build to Suit offers a "style construct" technique to construction that speeds the delivery of tasks, [guarantees quality](https://www.property.aygodam.com) and reduces cost. In turn, we get engineers and subcontractors, who do their design in combination with the architect for a typical objective. With consumer input, we handle every action of design, while keeping an eye on expense and schedule. We are happy to be transforming this familiar landmark into 60 new housing units, bringing fresh opportunities to the community. Residents are expected to move in next year. He spent time both in the office and out on the job site, offering him a well-rounded, hands-on take a look at how a project comes together from start to complete. We're always thankful to support students who are pursuing professions in the construction industry. It's a benefit to partner with Regina High School and help introduce trainees like Spencer to real-world experience in the field.  <br>As we review Memorial Day, we're reminded of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the value of supporting those who continue to address the call. ❤ We recently completed an occupant improvement project for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot space will work as a recruitment office and consists of an open office area, a training space, the Section Chief's workplace, and restrooms.
